For those of you who are married or have a companion or for everyone basically! The world needs love!

This past week I learned a lot about humility and selflessness. This past week I began to notice that I was noticing a lot of little flaws my companion has. I began to be critical and a little judgmental. Thank goodness the Lord knows how to humble me and boy did he humble me. I`m learning a lot about living with only one person. I love what President Hinckley said, "Avoid Criticism. Critiscism is the forerunner of divorce, the cultivator of rebellion, a catalyst that leads to failure. I am asking that we turn from the negative that so permeates our society and look for the remarkable good among those with whom we associate, that we speak of one another's virtures more than we speak of one another`s faults, that optimism replace pessimism, that our faith exceed our fears. When I was a young man and was prone to speak critically, my father would say:"Cynics do not contribute, skeptics do not create, doubters do not achieve."

I love that because a lot of us might not have enough patience and I think everyday it`s easier to find the bad in the ones we love rather than the good.

"Resist from making cutting remarks one to another. Rather, cultivate the art of complimenting, of strengthening, of encouraging. It is a responsibility divinely laid upon each of us to bear one another`s burdens, strengthen one another, to encourage one another, to lift one another, to look for the good in one another and to emphasize that good. There is not a man or woman in this vast assembly who cannot be depressed on the one hand or lifted on the other by the remarks of his or her associates." Hinckley

Love you all!

With a positive attitude, you get positive results! the Lords way!

Monday was a fun P-day with Hermana Mendoza, Hermana Peterson, and Hermana Fraire! When it hit 6:00 p.m. we started working and about around 9:00 p.m. we were walking down the street when I saw this lady on the other side walking the opposite direction. I was just thinking, "I want to contact her...let´s go contact her" but the a motorcycle passed by and she walked passed us and I was like oh well, too late, but then I thought, "no I need to contact her" I didn't think anything of it and so I turned around and in the middle of the street yelled, "Hola hermana, buenas noches, como esta? Somos misioneras" and then we started to invite her to church but she kept moving her feet like they hurt and she didn't look happy. So I ended by saying,"We´ll let you go it looks like your feet might be hurting you" all of a sudden she broke down crying and started to say, " yes my feet hurt and I don't know what to do I need a phone to call my family because this man I´ve been dating just stole my motorcycle and my phone and I don't know what to do" So we sat her down and let her use our phone and then we helped her for the next hour and had to call a member to come give her a ride to where she lived. I was so grateful that I listened to that prompting even though I didn't realize that it was a prompting. I just had a huge urge to go contact this lady.

On Wednesday, we were working out at 6:40 and Hermana Fraire and Hermana Peterson show up and Hermana Fraire tells us that we´re doing divisions that day! What a surprise! Hermana Fraire is Hermana leader here and so she went with my daughter and I went with her daughter Hermana Peterson and got to work in their area for the day! It was really fun!
We finally found refried beans and we were able to buy tortillas, tomatoes, and onions! That was our breakfast which was probably the best one in a long time!

This Week was so Hot! WAHOO!

This is my new companion:  Hermana Mendoza.  She's from Texas.

So this week was a hot week for one and it was full of hard work! We put 23 baptismal dates with people! We were able to bring 5 people to church on Sunday! The old lady Juana that came last week! She´s doing great! Please pray for her because she needs to stop drinking coffee! The family that we´ve been teaching that have come to church is doing ok. The husband says that he´s been praying to know but hasn't felt anything yet. Please help him to receive an answer! Please pray for him! His name is Danny and his wife is Margina! They are awesome!

So this Sunday it rained a ton! I was walking in the middle of the street in a river! But we were able to talk to the family of Juana and we taught them the restoration and they all committed to pray about it! I am having more and more spiritual experiences by the second! This is all Heavenly father. Just know that everyone that this is not me or my companion this is all Him and the Holy ghost!

Got to go but I love you a lot!!!
